Will I be able to use the logo on my website?

We will provide you with a low resolution logo in JPG format which is suitable for web, email and other electronic formats.

Can I have a transparent background on my logo?

Yes, we will provide you with a 'GIF' file which will support a transparent background.

Will the logo be high enough resolution to use on my printed materials?

Yes, we will provide you with a high resolution logo in JPEG and TIFF format which will be suitable for large scale graphics and general print work.

Will you keep a back up of the logo?

Although Marketing Genie does system back ups on a regular basis, once electronic delivery has been made to you, we strongly encourage you to back the files up on your computer and on to a removable disk drive such as a memory stick, back up drive or CD.
